My name is Sivan Buntova, and I'm a professional children's book illustrator based in Haifa, Israel. I create realistic illustrations in colored pencil, watercolor, and digital media.
I am also an artist who creates portraits, floral still lifes and graphic artwork in watercolour, acrylic and ink.
I studied Fine Art and Decorative Art at Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture (Ukraine). In Israel, I graduated from the Graphic Design-Visual Communication Department of WIZO Haifa Academy of Design and Education.
I’ve illustrated a few children’s and adult books.
From 2018 to 2022, I illustrated for the French online literary magazine "Onuphrius". Since 2020, I've been illustrating for the National Institute for Testing & Evaluation (Israel).
I regularly participate in illustration and art exhibitions and competitions.
I am a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI).
